Service offered: Advice, Information, Advocacy, Health and Wellbeing and Befriending Services for people aged 50+ living in Northumberland County. Services include support accessing welfare benefits, housing and social care and general life planning and support, Bereavement Support and a MCST Dementia Programme. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
