General information
Service offered: Range of services for people with Alzheimers or other dementias, and their carers and families. Helpline offers advice on dementia conditions, available services, benefits and legal issues. Day care, carers support groups, dementia cafe, befriending and support for carers and those they care for. Support at home service for people who need help and encouragement with daily living activities.
Target group: People with Alzheimers and other dementias and their carers and families.
