General information

Service offered: Services for single homeless people. Day centre with range of advice, support and practical services, including primary health care, housing advice. Early Intervention Housing homelessness service. Training and employment initiatives. Crisis intervention, mediation. Assertive street outreach team. 6 direct access Supported Accommodation Houses. Move on accommodation. Counselling Service. Cannot accommodate without local connection.

Target group: Single homeless people and others who are socially excluded .Pets are accepted if owned at point of referral.
