General information
Service offered: Support, advice and advocacy for people whose vulnerability puts them at risk of being marginalised or excluded from society. Advice on housing, welfare benefits and debt. Weekly programme of social events and workshops, including basic skills, literacy and numeracy and IT, for people with mental health issues. Outreach services in Port Talbot and Swansea.
Target group: Vulnerable people at risk of being socially excluded due to homelessness or mental health problems.
Area served: Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire .
