Service offered: Housing advice and help to enable older and vulnerable people to stay in their own homes. Repairs and minor adaptations identified. Grants are sometimes available for essential repairs/minor adaptations needed by people over 75 and in receipt of benefits.

Target group: Home owners and private tenants aged 75+ and people who are vulnerable/frail or disabled
