General information

Service offered: At The Cinnamon Trust, we value the special bond between people and their pets, and have been supporting owners for over 40 years. We’re the only national charity helping older people and those terminally ill care for their pets; while also helping any worried owner plan for their pet’s lifelong care — always in a loving home, never in kennels or catteries. With the help of over 20,000 compassionate volunteers nationwide, we provide: • Practical Help: Everyday support such as dog walking, cat grooming, cleaning bird cages, and taking pets to the vet. • Emergency Fostering: Temporary, home-from-home care for pets while their owners are in hospital or recovering. • Lifelong Pet Care: Our lasting promise to care for pets when their owners can no longer be there. We make sure every pet finds a loving forever home, either with a thoughtfully chosen forever fosterer or in one of our sanctuaries. Our practical help protects the precious bond between people and their pets, helping share love, comfort, and companionship for as long as possible.

Target group: Elder people and people who have a terminal illness. Profiling pets for long term peace of mind is open to people of all ages.

Area served: Nationwide.
