Service offered: Volunteer support scheme providing practical help, befriending and sitting service. Day care - elderly frail, confused people. Assisted bathing service - people with mobility difficulties. Door to door transport for medical appointments. Support for young carers. Support groups for carers and for people who have been bereaved. Exercise classes. After school and holiday clubs.
Target group: The local community, particularly those in need, older people, young people and children.
