Service offered: Carer support workers provide respite care for carers in the cared for person's own home. Carer support workers give practical help and personal care, enabling the carer to take a break. Clubs for teenagers and for children under 12 with disabilities.
Target group: Carers of people who are disabled, elderly or chronically ill. Disabled children and young people.
