Service offered: Legal advice on housing rights, welfare rights and benefits, fuel rights, money and debt. Also advice on rights for women and disabled people. Representation at social security appeals and tribunals, employment tribunals and the Sheriff's court. South East Glasgow Law and Money Advice Service is a community based voluntary organisation consisting of the advice agencies listed on this page. Its solicitors and advisers are employed by groups of local people and provide advice and representation on the following: Debt problems/ Rent arrears - including representation at court / Mortgage arrears - including defending ejection actions/ Employment rights / Welfare benefits / Housing cases / Women's rights - including Criminal Injuries Compensation for domestic abuse / Disability rights / Anti-discrimination cases. We are a free advice and representation service.
