Service offered: Helplines: Mindline (0808 808 0330); confidential freephone emotional support helpline, 7pm to 11pm Wednesday to Sunday; Information and Signposting Service (0117 980 0370 / info@bristolmind.org.uk), local rate helpline offering mental health information and support, 9:30am – 3:30pm Monday - Friday; Mindline Trans+ (0300 330 5468) – local rate emotional support for trans+ people UK-wide, staffed by trans+ listeners, 8pm to Midnight Monday & Friday. Counselling: Low-cost counselling or psychotherapy, including a dedicated LGBTQ+ service (counselling@bristolmind.org.uk). Refugee Services: Free counselling for adult male refugees (refugee.counselling@bristolmind.org.uk), Support group for refugee women (www.bristolmind.org.uk/women-without-borders), and Greenspace Wellbeing Project for refugees and asylum seekers (www.bristolmind.org.uk/greenspace). Training: Workplace mental health training for organisations, including accredited courses (www.bristolmind.org.uk/training). Volunteering Opportunities: Training and supervision provided - www.bristolmind.org.uk/volunteering
