General information
Service offered: Inter-denominational Christian organisation providing 8 services that include : care and support for vulnerable people in their own homes and in supported accommodation, support to individuals liberated from custody, Supported Accommodation, Bereavement for individuals bereaved from substance use deaths, Community navigator for community services, Court arrest and referral service, Cuckooing service for county lines victims, Chance to thrive intensive support for complex needs, Outreach as part of the NFOD pathway. We also provide a range of community and school based education and training based programmes, in living skills and employability programmes.
Target group: Vulnerable people, families , local authorities, statutory services, schools, colleges, teachers, health professionals, community workers.
