Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Provision of housing for people considered in priority housing need. Temporary accommodation may be available while eligibility enquiries made. Housing advice and information for all customers to help prevent them from losing their home.
Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.
