General information
Service offered: Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or who require housing options advice. Housing provided for people assessed as unintentionally homeless. Temporary accommodation provided, if required, while enquiries are made about eligibility. General housing advice and information provided, and support offered if required. Out of hours emergencies phone 01851 701702.
Target group: People who are in housing need or may be homeless, and the general public.
