Service offered: Range of services for people with dementia and their families and carers. Information and outreach support. Day care and home support available in Bellshill, Wishaw, Airdrie, Shotts, Cumbernauld, Motherwell and Coatbridge. Support and education for carers. Home support for people under 65 who live in South Lanarkshire with a diagnosis of dementia.
