Service offered: Face-to-face and telephone counselling service for black and minority ethnic families, individuals and older people. Help with a wide range of issues and referrals to specialist services if needed. Outreach services for older or disabled people unable to get to the office. Lunch club primarily for older West Indians on Tuesday 12 noon-3pm and Thursday 12 noon-2.30pm with various activities.
