General information
Service offered: Day centre for disabled, housebound, frail or vulnerable people over 60. Programme of activities encouraging mental and physical stimulation, and social interaction. Meals, outings and events, arts and crafts, music and movement classes. Customised Transport. Service for carers including day respite and counselling. Befriending and liaison service.
Target group: Disabled/ Disadvantaged, Housebound, frail or vulnerable, lonely/isolated people over 60, and their carers.
