General information
Service offered: Assists single people and families who are in priority need, with a local connection to Reigate and Banstead and on a low income to access private rented accommodation by providing a guaranteed bond for landlords of up to one month's rent in place of a cash deposit. Support in finding/securing accommodation, claiming benefits and negotiating with landlords. Ongoing support once people have secured a tenancy around budgeting and other life skills. A similar service is also offered for singles, couples and families without a priority need and a local connection to Tandridge.
