Service offered: Range of services for people aged 16+ who are experiencing or have experienced mental health problems. Drop-in community mental health resource. Support groups for people who hear voices, manic depression/bipolar disorder, compulsive disorder. Mental Health Awareness Training, Mental Health First Aid Training, Community Mental Health Training services. Research of stress in the workplace.
