Service offered: Range of services for people aged 18+ who are experiencing or have experienced mental health problems including Counselling, one-to-one emotional support and advice, courses, and peer support groups. We also offer training for employers including Mental Health Awareness Training, Mental Health First Aid Training, Managing Stress in the Workplace and much more.
