Service offered: Leeds Irish Health and Homes offer a variety of Care, Cultural and Community services and support, not only to the Irish community in Leeds, but also to the wider community as a whole. The wider community services include: Supported housing tenancies; support & outreach services including 1-1 support, luncheon clubs and a wide range of social activities and groups. Volunteer and befriending. To improve the health and wellbeing of people in Leeds.
Target group: Single people for our supported housing, majority of properties are for age 55+. All other services for age 18+, who are isolated or have physical and/or mental health problems.
