Service offered: Assists elderly or disabled people and those on a low income to remain at home by accessing grants and loans to enable improvements, adaptations and repairs to be carried out. General assistance with housing related problems. Handyperson/small repairs service for elderly and disabled homeowners/private renters. Free confidential advice to all Orkney homeowners.
