Service offered: Information, advice and advocacy for individuals whose health is affecting their ability to do their job or whose job is causing them to suffer ill health. Information, advice and advocacy for anyone concerned about working with dangerous chemicals or in dusty, noisy conditions which may damage their health. Advice on the rights of worker's safety representatives, legal advice on compensation. Hearing tests for those of working age or who have retired within the last three years only. Campaigning.
Target group: Workers, retired people whose former work has left them with long term ill health, trade unions, small and medium sized enterprises and self employed people.
Area served: Those who live and or work in Sheffield. Please be aware that a Sheffield postcode may not enable us to provide you with an appointment, although we can give telephone advice.
