General information

Service offered: Gives housing/homelessness advice, assessments for priority housing need under the Housing Act. Can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as priority need - with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people.

Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.

Area served: Highland Council area (Inverness, Dingwall, Fort William and surrounding areas).
