Service offered: Central office gives advice on which area office to visit for assessment for priority housing need under the Housing Act. Area offices can provide temporary accommodation for those assessed as priority need - with children or pregnant, vulnerable because of age (60+), disability or at risk. General housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people.

Target group: General public, including people who are or may be priority homeless.

Area served: Highland Council area (Inverness, Dingwall, Fort William and surrounding areas).
