Service offered: Intensive resettlement service to enable homeless people with mental health needs to access independent housing association or council accommodation. Pre-resettlement advice. Practical support with moving, followed by up to 3 years ongoing resettlement support to ensure that the client has the skills to maintain their tenancy.
Target group: Single homeless people with mental health support needs.
Area served: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset.
