Our service in Fife and Perth & Kinross offers compassionate, person-centred support to help individuals live well with their experiences. What we offer: One-to-One Support – A safe, confidential space to talk. Peer Groups – Connect with others who understand. Resources & Information – Tools to cope and learn. Signposting – Help accessing tailored support. We also support loved ones and carers—offering guidance, connection, and understanding. Resilience Service - It’s never too late to build resilience. Our service helps individuals strengthen their ability to adapt and thrive through life’s challenges while supporting positive mental health. We offer tailored support through regular, person-centred sessions that focus on listening, trust-building, and practical strategies for wellbeing. Support may include: Emotional and practical guidance. Workshops and group activities. Advice and signposting. Partnership working with other services. Once referred, we’ll get in touch in your preferred way to gather key details and arrange an initial meeting. From there, we’ll explore the most suitable support whether one-to-one or workshop led. Your journey matters. We’re here to support it. Carer Support Service - Supporting those who care for others. For over 15 years, our Carer Support service has provided person-centred advice and guidance to carers across Fife and P&K. We understand that caring can be complex and emotionally demanding, and we’re here to help. We work alongside carers to ensure they receive the right support—both for the person they care for and for their own mental health and wellbeing. Support may include: One-to-one emotional and practical support. Advice, guidance, and signposting. Group activities like Carers Café and Creative Writing. Referrals to internal services (e.g. Resilience, National Advice & Support). Collaboration with local organisations. We offer a safe, welcoming space where carers can share experiences, connect with others, and build confidence—because their wellbeing matters too.
