General information
Service offered: Range of support services for people with mental health problems. Two year move on Supported Housing, Community Support for clients referred by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. There is also the option for direct purchase support for clients with Mental Health conditions who feel they would benefit from support.
Target group: People with mental health problems, with or without substance misuse problems.
Area served: Babergh District Council area - Sudbury, Hadleigh and surrounding villages.
