General information
Service offered: Day care for housebound older people and respite for their carer’s. Services include transport, meals, advice and information, and social activities and outings. We also have a K.I.T Club (Keep in Touch) this is a social group that is run in 2 sessions on a Tuesday and Friday 10am till 12.30 and 1.15 till 3.45, cost £3. Dementia Café, this is for member and carer to attend together, this service help give information group support and a lot lore, this is a free service. Run on a Monday and Thursday 11am to 1.30pm.
Target group: Housebound older people, including those with dementia.
