General information
Service offered: Advice, information and support for carers (young and adult). Services include individual support, groups, outreach surgeries, leisure and recreational activities. Training in a variety of areas such as relaxation, confidence building, coping with meetings and other topics of interest to carers. Volunteer run sitting/befriending service, to allow carers to take time off. Quarterly newsletter.
Target group: Unpaid carers of all ages.
Area served: Angus - Forfar, Kirriemuir, Montrose, Brechin, Edzell, Arbroath, Carnoustie, Monifieth and surrounding areas.
