Service offered: We provide unpaid carers with information, practical advice and emotional support. We have a dedicated Welfare Rights worker who can help with identifying and applying for benefits and grants We also have dedicated mental health and parent carer support workers in the team. COSCA registered Counselling Service. Help with getting a short break. Peer support. Power of Attorney/Financial Planning clinics.
