Service offered: Membership organisation which uses a community development approach to reduce health inequalities across Northern Ireland. Offers advice, information and training. Runs campaigns around health inequalities and the social determinants of health. Produces regular ezines. Offers funding through BCPP Programme. Builds capacity through its Elevate Programme. Works on health literacy through the Self Care Programme.
Target group: Voluntary, statutory and community groups with an interest in reducing health inequalities.
