Service offered: Service for homeless young people and homeless single parents aged 16-25. 24 hour access to a number of hostel projects. Advice on benefits, housing, employment. Services also at Blaenau Ffestiniog - 01766 830260. Floating support project and a single parents project. Supported housing in a variety of projects, which include an accredited alternative education package and counselling.
Target group: Young homeless people and young single parents in Gwynedd, aged 16-25.
