Service offered: Wellbeing centre for people affected with multiple sclerosis. Support on benefits, care, health. Physiotherapy, yoga, reflexology, reiki and massage arts and crafts. Food cooked on premises (£5). Transport to the centre for Redbridge users.
Target group: People with multiple sclerosis, their family, carers and friends.
