Service offered: Advice, homelessness prevention services including Family mediation, support and advocacy for young people aged 16-21 who are in conflict with family/carer which may result in them becoming homeless. Support for young people wishing to re-establish home relationships which may result in them returning home. Help for young people and their families in accessing specialist services.
Target group: Young people aged 16-21 at risk of homelessness or wishing to re-establish home links.
