Service offered: Advice and practical help for older people. Services include advice on welfare rights, information, advocacy, hospital discharge service, ageing well project and good neighbours scheme (practical support for older people in their own homes). Counselling for people age 50+. Some grants available for individuals in need.
Target group: People aged over 60.
Area served: Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan (Barry, Penarth, Llantwit Major, Cowbridge).
