General information

Service offered: Drop-in service for people who are homeless and vulnerable, including people who are sleeping rough and those at risk of homelessness. Providing breakfast and a cooked lunch, tea and coffee, showers, clothing store. 'Care of' address, telephone and laptop facilities. Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) provisions. Medical care through Sirona Care & Health nurses. Support work and signposting to specialist services. Socialising, board games, TV and xBox. The centre is used as a by other related services who provide outreach at the centre.

Target group: Anyone over 18 who is homeless, at risk of homelessness or vulnerable. Vulnerable adults that may be experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health, care needs, offending history, poverty or deprivation.
