Service offered: Homelessness assessment Hub providing crisis intervention, advice, washing facilities, primary health care, mental health support, daily activity programme and support to find training and employment. Always Help Available phone line, assertive outreach, emergency temporary accommodation. Resettlement support. Private Rented Sector Bond Scheme. Supported housing for people with drug, alcohol or mental health issues. Street outreach team. Homeless family hostels, harm reduction hostel.
