General information

Service offered: (Range of services, primarily for single homeless people. Provides temporary accommodation and move-on support for people moving into independent accommodation; advice on housing rights, homelessness and finding accommodation; debt, money and welfare rights advice. Street outreach.) ihAg supports people living with the experience of homelessness, or at risk of homelessness due to their personal circumstances. We offer a professional Money Advice and Debt service, 7-day a week Advice Hub, and temporary supported accommodation. We have an outreach service supporting people sleeping rough on the streets, and an Inreach service supporting people in emergency accommodation.

Target group: Single homeless people and people at risk of homelessness; Money Advice Service target group is anyone in Suffolk needing advice around debts or benefits.

Area served: Ipswich mainly but Money Advice in Suffolk.
