General information
Service offered: Advice and information on all disability issues for disabled children and people of all ages with physical, sensory or learning disabilities. This includes: Assistance with form filling; Casework in welfare benefits; Representation at disability tribunals; Adaptations and Equipment; Access auditing service; Signposting to other organisations; Disability awareness training; Lasting Power of Attorney.
Target group: People with disabilities, their families, carers and professionals in South East Wales.
Area served: South East Wales.
How to contact: We can be contacted by phone (01633 485 865) and through social media eg FaceBook, Instagram DM, Web site. Our offices are open but we work on an appointment basis. We are also able to do home visits if necessary.
