General information
Service offered: Advice and assistance to prevent homelessness, including money advice. Assessment of entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness within 56 days. Accommodation provided for people who qualify for assistance. Tenancy sustainment support for vulnerable households in priority need. Housing Management support for people in Temporary Accommodation provided by the Council. Management of the Housing Register for people applying to join, or who are currently bidding for Council or Housing Association properties. Homelessness emergencies occurring outside of service opening hours should phone 0207 364 4079.
Target group: People with a housing problem, including those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. People who are being accommodated in Temporary Accommodation by the Housing Options Service. People who are applying to join the Housing Register, or who are currently bidding for Council or Housing Association properties.
