General information

Service offered: We offer a range of professional and affordable counselling and wellbeing support in Southampton, Bournemouth, Hampshire and Dorset. We help people with a wide range of life issues including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, relationships, trauma, eating difficulties and addictions through counselling & therapy, life coaching, personal wellbeing and healthy lifestyle programmes. We can support people online, over the phone, or in person at one of our therapy hubs in Southampton (Options Wellbeing – Southampton: 147 Shirley Road Southampton SO15 3FH) or Bournemouth (Options Wellbeing – Bournemouth: 52a Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9DZ). We offer a FREE 20-minute introductory call to find out how we can support you. Options Wellbeing also offers FREE counselling support for frontline social care workers in Southampton whose mental health and wellbeing has been impacted by the COVID crisis.

Target group: Anyone needing counselling and wellbeing support. We also offer bespoke workplace wellbeing programmes for businesses and community groups.
