Service offered: To help improve the mental wellbeing of Rotherham by supporting individuals with mental health problems become more socially included in their communities and to tackle mental health stigma. We offer a range of support including Developing living skills; Managing mental and physical health and wellbeing; Reducing social isolation and also Day services for early onset dementia group Tues, Thurs 10am – 3pm at various locations within the local community.
Target group: People with enduring mental health difficulties and early (under 65) onset dementia.
Area served: Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley
