General information

Service offered: Community support service for people with mental health problems. One-to-one and small group work, with an emphasis on recovery and social inclusion. Open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm

Target group: People with severe or long term mental health problems.

Area served: Bristol City Council limits only BS1 to BS16, we cannot support any area covered by Bath and Northeast Somerset Council, or South Gloucestershire Council.

How to contact: We accept referral from any professional and self-referrals. If you wish to self-refer, please phone the office, leave your contact details and a Mental Health Recovery Coach will phone you back to complete the referral form.

Monday: 9am - 5pm

Tuesday: 9am - 5pm

Wednesday: 9am - 5pm

Thursday: 9am - 5pm

Friday: 9am - 5pm

Weekends:

Office Hours: We cannot guarantee that the office will be staffed between these hours. But any voicemail left on the answering machine will be replied to.
