Service offered: We specialise for the predominantly the Greek speaking community. Homecare (shopping etc.) for Adults coming out of hospital. Counselling. Advice on benefits, care, disability, housing rights, health. Befriending, visiting and support in accessing mainstream services. Help with form filling. Healthy living. Monthly health and well-being event, short term funding for counseling for those with long covid.
Target group: Any Adult Social Care Customer, speacialising in the Greek speaking community.
