General information
Service offered: Floating support for vulnerable people in the Bradford area, including people with mental health problems, alcohol and drug problems and tenancy problems. Also provide home-based floating support for young people over 16 who are isolated or socially excluded. Evening and weekend service by arrangement.
Target group: Vulnerable people experiencing difficulty maintaining independence within the community.
