Service offered: We offer support to carers of all ages in Solihull, from the age of 5 to older people whose lives are affected by caring for someone with sickness, illness or disability. We offer emotional support, carers assessments, support groups, carers views groups, training and respite breaks. We also provide carers cards and whatever else we can to respond to the needs of carers in Solihull, including transition support - children to adult services.
