Service offered: Consortium lead for Local Link, a group of seven local providers offering information, advice and advocacy. Areas covered include social care, benefits, housing, health, employment, travel and more. Also offer THEN & NOW Inclusive Employment Project - empowering organisations to confidently recruit, employ and retain disabled staff with the minimum of cost, time or fuss. The project also aims to better support local disabled people into work by addressing the barriers and promoting positive change.
Target group: Anyone who has a physical disability or long-term health condition, lives or works in Tower Hamlets and is 14+ years old. Tower Hamlets Employers / Disabled Employees or Jobseekers
