General information
Service offered: Information, advice, guidance and advocacy including casework on welfare benefits, housing, community care and health issues.
Target group: Disadvantaged and marginalised Londoners from West Balkan region. The Charity also supports wide local community through provision Outreach Advice services at Brent Hubs Willesden (Willesden Green library, 95 High Road, Willesden, NW10 2 SF) and Brent Hubs Harlesden (Harlesden library, 49a Craven Park Road, London, NW10 8SE).
Area served: All London (Londoners from West Balkans) and LB of Brent ( all community)
How to contact: Drop-in (Limited, please check website for up to date information) Monday (between 9.30am-12.30pm) or phone (020 8459 4201) for an appointment on Tuesdays. Welfare Benefits Advice services by first come first served on Tuesdays and Wednesday at outreach locations; Willesden Green and Harlesden libraries
