General information

Service offered: Information, advice, guidance and advocacy including casework on welfare benefits, housing, community care and health issues.

Target group: Disadvantaged and marginalised Londoners from West Balkan region. The Charity also supports wide local community through provision Outreach Advice services at Harlesden Community Hub (Harlesden library, Harlesden library, 49a Craven Park Road, London, NW10 8SE).

Area served: All London (Londoners from West Balkans) and LB of Brent ( all community)

How to contact: Drop-in (Limited during coronavirus pandemic, please check website for up to date information) Monday (between 9.30-12.30 hours) or phone (020 8459 4201) for an appointment on Tuesdays. Welfare Benefits Advice services on Wednesday at outreach location operate on first come first served basis


Monday: 9.30-12.30 and 14.00-17.00 hours

Tuesday: 9.00-13.00 and 14.00-17.00 hours

Wednesday: 10.00-13.00 and 14.00-17.00 hours
