General information

Service offered: Information, advice, guidance and advocacy on welfare benefits, housing, community care and health issues.

Target group: Older and/or disabled Londoners from West Balkan region. The Charity also supports wide local community through provision Outreach Advice services at Harlesden Hub (Harlesden library, Harlesden library, 49a Craven Park Road, London, NW10 8SE.

Area served: All London (Londoners from West Balkans) and LB of Brent ( all community)

How to contact: Drop-in Monday or phone (020 8459 4201) for an appointment on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Wednesdays.


Monday: Drop in between 9.30-12.30 hours, by appointments 14.00-17.00 hours

Tuesday: 9.00-17.00

Wednesday: Closed for advice service

Thursday: 9.00-17.00

Friday: 9.00-17.00

Weekends: Closed for advice service

Office Hours: Outreach Advice Sessions at Harlesden library on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 10.00-17.00. This service operates on first come first served basis.
