Service offered: Case advocacy service for people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities, vulnerable older people and people who come under the Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) criteria. Develop and facilitate self-advocacy groups and also provide short term case advocacy.
Target group: Adults aged over 18 with learning disabilities, mental health issues or physical disabilities.
Area served: North Tyneside - Wallsend, Whitley Bay, North Shields, Longbenton and surrounding areas.
