Service offered: Advice and casework for the general public on welfare rights from advice about claiming benefits to representation at appeals. Signposting information on debt, employment, housing and immigration issues. Telephone advice Monday, Tuesday Thursday - Friday 10am - 12.30pm. Outreach services in Southport and Bootle (by appointment).
