Service offered: Age UK Torbay - Service Provision: A drop-in Information and Advice service, 9.15 am until 1 pm on Weekdays.Please contact us on 01803 555181 if you wish to speak to a member of staff. Alternatively, email:- Reception@ageuktorbay.org.uk. Other Services include:- Welfare benefits advice and entitlement identification. Information Provision on :- (Money and legal, Health and wellbeing, Home and care, Travel and lifestyle matters). Home Support Service (paid for service). Wellbeing & Mental Health Support (self-referral required). Trusted Traders Register - Home Maintenance. If we cannot resolve your enquiry immediately, you will be offered an appointed advisor who will arrange a convenient time and place to support you. Our main phone lines can be busy. Please bear with us if you do not get through the first time. Leave a message, and we will get back to you. ADDITIONAL HELP - We work closely with Torbay Community Helpline in a joint effort to support local people.(any age). If you need a wide range of various support requirements for yourself or another person in Torbay, call the Torbay Community Helpline on 01803 446022. (you’ll only need to outline your circumstances once, and referrals will be sent to all our local partnership agencies who specialize in those area’s raised, including ourselves).
