Service offered: Help, advice and accommodation for homeless people, people sleeping rough or in inadequate accommodation. Aims to help people access accommodation and resettle in the community. Floating support scheme for people with mental health or addiction problems to help them maintain their tenancies. Liaise with local landlords and the Probation Service.
Target group: Homeless people (especially single homeless) and people living in inadequate accommodation.
